All communication hooked to any type of repeater, Paid service will go down if they are powered by the power grid and it goes down. It's a easy setup to build. Go to Harbor Freight get the solar panel kit they sell for around 200 dollars. It comes with every thing you will need but battery's. You have to have a Off Grid setup to be 100% sure you will have it.
